With pretty villages, delicious food and miles and miles of beautiful coastline, why not take a trip to Britain’s paradise?
Whether you’re a wave chaser, avid hiker or just like ice cream, Cornwall has something for everyone. There are so many places to visit, all with that famous cornish charm and its own unique beauty spots, that you can go back again and again and never get bored. Family-friendly, kid-friendly, pet-friendly – it’s easy to see why Cornwall is an all-round favourite.
With over 300 beaches and almost 500km of coastline, families flock there every summertime to soak up the British sunshine.
Cornwall has lots to offer, so it depends on what you’re after. Penzance is good for history and museums, St Ives for art and coastal walks and Padstow for its harbour views. If you want to do some shopping, Truro is ideal, whilst Bodmin is bursting with historical landmarks and country houses.
Cornwall sees over 15 million visitors each year so its beaches can get a little crowded. If you’re looking to avoid the tourists, June or September is a good time to go. You’ll find the weather is good but it’s cheaper and less busy than July and August.
When visiting, many people make the most of the warm waters. There are lots of great diving spots for all ages; many people learn to dive at Pendennis in Falmouth as its steps offer safety whilst there’s a lot of marine life to spot. You can also learn how to kayak, canoe, windsurf and more.
Rob was a fantastic guide. The trip was very enjoyable and Robs knowledge and expertise were great. Would defo recommend
Excellent service from start to finish. I booked the National 3 Peasks challenge in 24 hours. i had regular communication from Rob and the team prioe to the event checking in on my progress, which really spurred me on as well as a helpful fitness plan i has to folow. For the challenge itself Rob and Tim really helped put the group at ease, and was very encouraging. Such a credit to business. i would not hesitate at all in recommending bookitlist to friends and family and will define use again in the future. Thank you for pushing me to finish the challenge!
