Take the children on epic adventures in The Eden Project, Paradise Park and Paddleboarding in Polkerris Beach, and keep them entertained and active. Wake up and enjoy breakfast overlooking the lush Cornish coast from the comfort of your own home, indulge in a spot of sumptuous Cornish clotted ice cream, take long beach walks (perhaps with your canine companion) to countryside pubs with hearty traditional meals and unwind from the rigours of day to day life.

Just a short 34 minute drive from your Seaview abode you'll reach the magical Eden Project. A huge tropical paradise, the Eden Project has been named the Eighth Wonder of the World by many of its visitors. It is made up of two huge domes; one contains a rainforest environment and the other a Mediterranean. Outside there is a stunning botanical garden that is home to plants and wildlife that are native to Cornwall.
The evening is your own to spend as you wish.
There are no pre-planned activities for today, perhaps you'd just like to take a coastline stroll to an old pub, and enjoy a hot plate of fish and chips. If you would like to find another fun activity for the family we'd like to suggest a few things.
You could go horse riding at the Newquay riding stables at Trenace Stables. Tintagel castle is a cool step back in history with a smattering of education sprinkled in to keep the young ones from being glued to their devices. For something more on the fantasy side you could head out to Pirate's Quest Newquay and channel your inner Captain Jack Sparrow.
A brisk 42 minute drive south will have you and your family in a wildlife haven that wouldn't look out of place near the equator.
Full of colourful creatures including rare parrots, Humboldt’s penguins and Caribbean flamingos, there are over 1,000 birds to see and learn about. The sanctuary is also home to animals such as red pandas and Asian otters, meaning you and the family will be busy all day.
The attraction has won a host of awards and the Tripadvisor certificate of excellence.
In the evening if you're feeling peckish and are looking for somewhere convenient and delicious might we suggest dining at The Fish House Fistral just a few minutes drive from your homestay.
Cornwall is no stranger to water sports, with some awesome surfing locations and a great indoor water centre, but the king of water sports fun here is without doubt Pokerris Beach. You can your family can take to the waters, breathe in the fresh salty sea air, and learn to paddleboard for a relaxing yet healthy activity that gets the whole family moving. The instructors and great and you can treat yourself with a clotted cornish ice cream once back on land!
The evening is your free time and you can take a family vote as to how to spend it.

The house is yours so treat it as your own! If you'd like to make a full English every morning everything needed to do so is supplied, if you'd rather head out for a cooked eggs and salmon on toast then you have that option too. We want you to have choices in your family break.
There will be some age requirements for things like paddleboarding, but it's not obligatory that all children do all activities, if you have any queries just send us a message at admin@bookitlist.co
It's highly recommended you bring a car to easily go from activities to beaches etc. If you do not have a car we can help you hire one at a great rate!
