Arrive in Koh Samui and settle into your new zen filled abode. You can opt to relax for the evening and explore the lush tropical island beaches, or dive right into some group classes to loosen up after a potentially long travel.
The beauty of this retreat is it is as flexible as the instructors hamstrings and you can tailor each day to fit your mood and energy levels to ensure you're restoring yourself when you most need it. Morning schedules include:
7:00 - 7:25 / Silent-Self-Cycle Class
7:30 - 8:30 / Meditation & Breathwork
8:30 - 10:00 / Yoga
10:00 - 13:00 / Brunch Buffet
Note Food Will Be Available Throughout The Morning:
6:45am we will have servings of coffee and herbal tea.
8:00am there will be optional Lite Breakfast
10:00am will be the serving of a hot Breakfast
11:00am will make the start of lunch
Our afternoon programmes will begin at 4pm with a core conditioning class, designed to lengthen and strengthen the entirety of your core to provide a stable and supple base for the rest of your body practices.
At 4:30 a cycle class will begin for a 30 minute cardio boost that gets the blood pumping and the sweat flowing. Then between 5-6pm a 1 hour Restorative Yoga session will take place, carefully designed to lure out any aches and pains you've been dealing with, and return your mind and body to a state of zen.
These classes are not all compulsory and you're free to drop in and out of the ones you feel will best serve you. Some days we're on fire and others we just need an extra moment of silence and rest, and that's why our yoga stays are as flexible as can be.
The evenings will offer a sumptuous, expertly crafted nutritional buffet complete with vegan and vegetarian options and a range of local delicacies as well as international offerings. Dinner buffet begins at 6pm and finishes at 6pm. During these hours you'll also have access to the herbal steam room if you'd like to do that first to really work out the kinks before eating.
At 7:30 there will be a short 30 minute classes that offers to teach and assist with approaches to meditation. This has been shown to be very effective for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
The facilities will close at 9pm but there's still plenty to enjoy in the lush tropical island of Koh Samui.
Koh Samui is teeming with activities and sites to see when you're not feeling the stretch in downward dog. The most famous landmarks on this island is the Big Buddha temple and it's well worth a visit to the 12 meter tall effigy. A short trip to Namuang Waterfall, a short boat tour to Angthnog Marine Park or a 4WD Jungle Safari Tour is the perfect day out for nature lovers. The nightlife in Koh Samui is varied and caters to dancaholics and sunset reclining cocktail sippers alike. Our pick is Coco Tams thanks to it's simple and timeless furniture comprised of huge beanbags on the beach.

Make My TripA moderate level of fitness is required. You don't need to be very strong or dynamic, just fit enough to stretch and hold some static poses for a short while. The Yogi instructors will also adjust all of the exercises and classes to fit your specific fitness levels.
We believe in keeping things intimate so the yogi instructors can spend dedicated time to assist you and improve your practice. Classes usually range from between 10-15 people.
Absolutely. Not only is the food in Thailand award winning and world famous, but our yoga retreat has been hand picked to ensure everyone from vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and those with celiac can find delicious food at all times.
We do not include flights in our Yoga retreat package but all accommodation, classes and food are included.
