On day 1 we'll collect you from the airport and chauffeur you to your new luxury 5* villa home. When all of the guests have arrived we'll have a beautifully prepared lunch complete with drinks and a little brief intro to the week's plans by the team leaders. If you'd like to discuss your fitness and body composition goals at this time our coaches will help set out some guidelines to assist you in achieving your goals.
Once we've let our lunch settle, we'll get ready for an awesome sunset session with some HIIT training to shake off the cobwebs and start the week as we mean to continue. In the evening we'll have our private chefs prepare a nourishing and delicious instagrammable meal for you to restore your energy and assist your recovery for a full day of adventure tomorrow!
The day begins bright and early with a tension relieving, zen inducing yoga session, kissed by the early morning Greek sun. The class is beginner friendly and many first timers are amazed at how much it improves recovery and muscle soreness.
After a spot of breakfast lovingly crafted by our private chefs, we'll head for a lactate clearing hike through the pine forests of Zakynthos. 'Forest Bathing' has been proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve wellbeing and even increase creativity!
The evening we'll be suitably energised and refreshed and ready to push those heart rates high in a fun and friendly boxing class with professional coaches that will have you fighting fit in no time!
The evening you can spend as you wish, but as always we'll be preparing a spread of various local delicacies and healthy eating options to keep you feeling energised and looking good.
As the sun rises on day 3 we'll be heading out for a dynamic mobility class. Whilst similar to yoga it has a different purpose and function. Increasing mobility improves your ability to control your movements at more advanced ranges of motion which directly translates into improved performance in all sports and training modalities! For those who want to really get after it we'll follow this up with some functional strength training to keep your body strong and able to weather any storm (not that we'll see any of those in the sunny Greek climate).
The afternoon is your own, perhaps you'd like to spend some time in our pool or sauna to boost your recovery? In the evening we'll really push the pace and work up an appetite. As they say sweat is the cologne of success so let's leave it all out there and earn our gourmet feast for the evening!
Today we've got an awesome adventure to some of Greece's most sought after natural scenery, so let's earn it! If you're feeling a little sore from the great work you've put in so far (we're proud of you) then let's loosen up a little with some yoga to stimulate our recovery and keep us relaxed and stress free.
If you're feeling up for the challenge we'll partake in another team building HIIT session to keep our spirits and energy high! Once we've eaten and showered, it's time to reward ourselves for the hard work and explore the famous azure waters of the Blue Caves. The colours of the water here appear to have been run through an instagram filter such is the richness and ethereal quality of blue light they scatter. It's also a great spot for diving and spotting ocean wildlife.
If you're feeling inspired by one of Europe's most exotic boat trips, let's punch for one more workout with some group boxing on the helipad!
You know the drill by now. Wake up with gorgeous seascapes out of your window, breath in the oceans breeze, and limber up with our morning mobility class. Share stories and pictures with your new found crew mates and limber up for another day in paradise.
We'll then take to the tennis court for a dynamic HIIT workout with some new team challenges and fun competitions to keep things interesting! It's safe to say at this point you're a workout partner too die for and an absolute legend who is ready for another adventure. That's why we're heading out to tick off the world's most famous shipwrecks from our bookitlist. Navigo is a coved beach with pristine waters and a rusted shipwreck planted in the centre of it's pale sands giving a beautiful contrast of gold and bronze. Welcome to the most photographed slice of Greece in all of it's unspoilt glory.
You did it! 5 days of sweating, panting, stretching and gasping as you pushed yourself to be the best version of yourself! You should be incredibly proud of yourself for taking the dive and committing to living your best life. That's why today we're going to let our hair down and celebrate in style. A full days cruise on a private luxury yacht for you and your teammates. We'll bring our private chefs with us to keep us nourished and celebrate with us. Nothing worth having comes easy, and this magical day coasting under the cerulean skies was well earned, and will provide memories that will last a lifetime.
