The white, distinctive roof of the Sydney Opera House is unmissable from even across the harbour. It opened in 1973 and has 1.2 million people visit it each year. Inside, 1,500 shows are put on annually and it caters for every taste, it’s not just operas!
You can even enjoy a cruise around the harbour from the Opera House entrance. Finish with dinner inside and show, and it’ll make for an unforgettable experience.
If you visit around May/June, you’re in for an extra treat. The festival ‘Vivid Sydney’ takes place in the city where the Opera House and other buildings in the harbour come alive with light installations.
If you're not one for following the beaten path then we understand. No itinerary nor GPS tracking system can show you the best route to adventure. If you'd like to create your own custom holiday, be it flying over the Opera House in Sydney harbour or hiking through the Himalayas, our travel experts will help create one free of charge.
Make My TripWhilst originally estimated at just $7 million, the total sum was in excess of $100 million – so just a bit over budget! This still stands as the biggest record in history.
Another attraction is the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge, nicknamed "The Coathanger". A truly stunning, hertiage-listed bridge which you won’t be able to miss!
Between April and May, the weather will have gotten much warmer but the prices won’t have become expensive yet.

Excellent service from start to finish. I booked the National 3 Peasks challenge in 24 hours. i had regular communication from Rob and the team prioe to the event checking in on my progress, which really spurred me on as well as a helpful fitness plan i has to folow. For the challenge itself Rob and Tim really helped put the group at ease, and was very encouraging. Such a credit to business. i would not hesitate at all in recommending bookitlist to friends and family and will define use again in the future. Thank you for pushing me to finish the challenge!

The only living organism that can be seen from outer space, the Great Barrier Reef is a real-life paradise.
It's taller than the Eiffel Tower. It takes about 3.5 hours to walk around the base. There is even more of it underground.
