Faq?

For most destinations, the best conditions are during the winter, and early spring. However, northern Alaska offers great conditions all year round.

Most husky-sledding destinations are located in the far north where it is possible to see the northern lights, although this depends on the weather conditions and the time of year.

As the sleds are open-top, and temperatures are extremely cold, you will need to ensure you are wearing suitably warm clothing. Some operators will provide additional items such as boots and thermal suits, though this should be checked prior to your trip.
