Though today they are few in number, during the winter months, some of the world’s colder destinations offer you the unique chance to spend the night in one of these unique dwellings.

Make My TripMost traditional igloos are only open only during the winter months, usually from late November till the end of March. However, non-snow and ice built versions such as Borealis Basecamp and Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, open almost all year round.
We recommend one or two nights.
You should pack plenty of warm clothing, however, the hotel will provide sleeping bags and all other necessary equipment to ensure you are comfortable and warm during your stay.
Yes, most igloo hotels are situated in the far north where, depending on the time of year and weather conditions the Northern Lights are viewable.
Rob was a fantastic guide. The trip was very enjoyable and Robs knowledge and expertise were great. Would defo recommend
Excellent service from start to finish. I booked the National 3 Peasks challenge in 24 hours. i had regular communication from Rob and the team prioe to the event checking in on my progress, which really spurred me on as well as a helpful fitness plan i has to folow. For the challenge itself Rob and Tim really helped put the group at ease, and was very encouraging. Such a credit to business. i would not hesitate at all in recommending bookitlist to friends and family and will define use again in the future. Thank you for pushing me to finish the challenge!
