Plans are big for this place, with a whopping £1bn projected value. The resort will feature 2,000 hotel rooms, 250 holiday lodges, shops, wellness clinics, and even educational spaces. Around 70% of the land will remain green to protect the biodiversity, and the resort is aiming to generate its own renewable energy while taking care of its waste.
Construction has already begun, and the first phase of the resort—accommodation, shops, and leisure spots—is expected to be ready by 2028.
